At Neckline Seoul, we want you to understand your options if you are not satisfied with your purchase. This policy explains our return and refund process for the Collagen Silk Serum and other products sold through our store.

You may request a return within 30 days of receiving your order, subject to the eligibility requirements below and applicable law.

Return Eligibility

For hygiene and product-safety reasons, skincare products should be returned only when eligible under our return requirements.

To be eligible for a return, an item generally must be:

• Unused and unopened.

• In its original packaging, with applicable seals intact.

• Accompanied by proof of purchase or a valid order number.

Opened, used, or unsealed skincare products may not be eligible for return, except where required by applicable law or where the product is defective, damaged, or incorrect.

Approved refunds will generally be issued to the original payment method. The time it takes for the refund to appear depends on your payment provider or financial institution.
